Safety Note on El Salvador
You may have heard El Salvador is dangerous. Since President Bukele took office, violent crime has dropped roughly 95%. It has gone from one of the most dangerous countries in Latin America to the safest. We cover the real picture during the seminar.

Arrival Details
You must be checked in to our first hotel in Guatemala City by Friday, November 13 (or earlier if you want extra time to explore). Friday night will be our Meet and Greet.
We start the seminar promptly at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 14 — on gringo time, not mañana time.
We will meet you at Guatemala City Airport (GUA) and transfer you directly to the hotel — a 4-star property in a very safe area, only 10 minutes from the airport. So please email your flight details as soon as possible.
You will arrive and depart from Guatemala City Airport (GUA).

Guatemala Residency Option
Want to apply for Guatemalan residency while you’re here? It’s still one of the easier and less expensive options in Latin America. Attorney José can help you start the process during the trip. You’ll need roughly a month to gather documents (FBI report, police clearances, etc.) from home, so start early if interested. Just let us know soon.

If you’re coming for the seminar, consider arriving a few days early or staying afterward to see more of Guatemala.
Evelin, our super efficient seminar coordinator, also organizes custom pre- and post-seminar trips. Whether you want a couple of days in Antigua, Lake Atitlán, Tikal ruins, the Pacific Coast, Guatemala City, or a longer multi-day itinerary, she can arrange transportation, guides, accommodations, and logistics for individuals, couples, families, or small groups.
These are not rigid package tours — tell her what you want to see and she will put it together.
